Diane Disbrow
Diane and Harry Disbrow are the broker/owners of BayShore Agency. Diane has been working in the real estate business for nearly 30 years and earned her broker's license within the first five years of being licsned. She has a deep commitment to furthering their knowledge in the field of real estate and has earned the following designations: Graduate of the Realtor® Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR)
Due to Diane's extensive knowledge, she opened the Shore Real Estate Academy in 1998 and also launched a successful career as a real estate instructor and lecturer. Her areas of expertise are the Code of Ethics, Professional Standards, Agency law and Buyer agency and Risk management. She has conducted numerous programs with well-respected instructors across the country.
Diane has held many positions within the Realtor organization including chairing the National Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee, Professional Conduct Working Group and the Risk Management commiittee. She has also served on the board of directors at the local, state and national level for many years.

As team manager Harry is recognized in the real estate business as an industry leader. His individual areas of expertise helped BayShore Agency enjoy continued success and professional growth. Harry grew up surrounded by the real estate business. His parents had the vision to start BayShore Agency in 1967. Harry joined the firm in 1978. Having always believed that the key to success is knowledge, Harry obtained the GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute) designation, the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, the CRS (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) designation and the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation in addition to earning his Brokers license in his first five years in the business. Harry was also one of the first 500 Realtors in the US to be certified as an ePro (Internet Empowered Professional). Harry is also a long standing member of the Ocean County Board of REALTORS, the New Jersey Association of REALTORS. Harry's resume includes a wealth of knowledge in the area of technology.
